Elektrotermik kondensator iri polipropilen plyonkadan we kompozit serişde hökmünde ýokary öndürijilikli suwuklykdan (PCB-den başga) ýasalýar, elektrod hökmünde ýokary arassa alýumin folga, çykyş terminaly hökmünde farfor mis winti we sowadyjy turba, daşky örtük hökmünde alýumin legir plastinka we içki paýlanyş hökmünde suw sowadyjy turba ulanylýar.
